1/2 tsp Lushious red chili
200g rock melon
100ml orange juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar syrup
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon powder
fresh mint leaves for garnish
Method
- Deseed, peel and cut rock melon into cubes. Blend it with the red chili, lemon juice, sugar syrup and orange juice.
- Add in a pinch of salt and cinnamon powder.
- Let it chill for at least an hour.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
