5 dried chilies
4 red shallots
2 cloves garlic
100g Lushious French beans
10g medium prawns
2 tsbp shrimp paste (belacan)
100ml tamarind water
3 tsbp cooking oil
Pinch of sugar and salt
Method
- Blend garlic, shallots and dried chiliies with a little bit of water.
- Heat oil in a wok and sauté the mixture with shrimp paste, then add in French beans followed by prawns.
- Continue to sauté until nice and fragrant.
- Add in tamarind water and seasoning, the allow to simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
