5 dried chilies
4 red shallots
2 cloves garlic
100g Lushious French beans
10g medium prawns
2 tsbp shrimp paste (belacan)
100ml tamarind water
3 tsbp cooking oil
Pinch of sugar and salt
Blend garlic, shallots and dried chiliies with a little bit of water.
Heat oil in a wok and sauté the mixture with shrimp paste, then add in French beans followed by prawns.
Continue to sauté until nice and fragrant.
Add in tamarind water and seasoning, the allow to simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
