200g cooked rice
2 tbsp premium quality oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
50ml cooking oil
1 red onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 red capsicum, diced
1/2 green capsicum, diced
1/2 yellow capsicum, diced
1/2 Lushious French bean, diced
1/4 red cabbage, diced
1/2 chicken thigh, diced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- Mix cooked rice with oyster sauce and soy sauce. Keep aside.
- Heat up cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and garlic till fragrant.
- Add in the rest of diced vegetables as well as chicken thigh.
- Add in the marinated rice and cook for 10-15 minutes until liquid dries up and rice emits nice fragrance. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
