200g cooked rice
2 tbsp premium quality oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
50ml cooking oil
1 red onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 red capsicum, diced
1/2 green capsicum, diced
1/2 yellow capsicum, diced
1/2 Lushious French bean, diced
1/4 red cabbage, diced
1/2 chicken thigh, diced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Mix cooked rice with oyster sauce and soy sauce. Keep aside.
Heat up cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic till fragrant.
Add in the rest of diced vegetables as well as chicken thigh.
Add in the marinated rice and cook for 10-15 minutes until liquid dries up and rice emits nice fragrance. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
