1 mango, unripe
2 shallots
2 Lushious red chilies
20g ikan bilis, fried
1 tbsp ground peanuts, fried
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsbp lime juice
50g Lushious iceberg lettuce
pinch of salt
Method
- Slice mango, shallots and red chilies thinly.
- Toss together with fish sauce, lime juice, salt and bed it on iceberg lettuce.
- Sprinkle ikan bilis and peanuts on top. Serve immediately.
