100g Lushious Romaine Lettuce
100g rock melon
80g penne pasta
5 shrimps
1 tsp lemon juice
50g celery
50g bell guava
1 tbsp chives
2 tbsp mayonnaise
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Method
- Wash and cut all the fruits and vegetables into cubes.
- Blanch pasta and shrimps in salt water.
- Toss them together with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Stir in lemon juice and chopped chives.
